Pour Libations Distillery

Pour Libations is a distillery based in Tomball, Texas. My client shared the rich cultural significance of Adinkra symbols and their Gullah Geechee heritage with me. Drawing inspiration from Adinkra designs, wood-cut stamps, and hand-woven textiles, I incorporated these elements into the project. Indigo blue, a deeply spiritual color for the Gullah Geechee, also played a key role. Traditionally, they painted their doorways this hue to ward off evil and ensure protection.
